This video shows Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) lie, saying she has yet to call for President Trump's impeachment, along with previous clips of Waters leading crowds in "Impeach 45" chants, proving she already had.

An outspoken critic of President Trump, Rep. Waters is among the first Democrats to call for his impeachment. She began talking about impeaching President Trump two weeks before he took office in 2017 and continues to call for his removal today.
Why Waters Lied About Calling for Trump's Impeachment
Prior to Nancy Pelosi announcing a formal impeachment investigation in September 2019, Democratic party leaders had admonished Waters for calling for Trump's impeachment "too early" and asked her to hold off on talking about it.
They feared it would hurt Democrats in the midterm elections if they talked about impeaching Trump before they had gathered sufficient evidence.
However, Waters refused to pull any punches when she spoke about impeaching the President during a September 12, 2018 rally. A defiant Waters told the crowd,
"As you know, there's a difference in how some of our leadership talks about how we should handle all of this. They say, 'Maxine, please don't say impeachment anymore.' And when they say that, I say 'impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment, impeachment...' " (source)
